Messing up already...sort of

First day of the operation.  Yesterday I had an extravagant lunch with my BFF Tessa at the Cheesecake Factory.  A kind of "last supper" if you will.  Bad, I know.  Experts say one should never binge eat before going on a diet of sorts.  I didn't binge eat but rather eat the foods that I don't plan on consuming from this point on.

Breakfast: Archer Farm Pomegrante fruit bar (140c), Lite & Fit yogurt (80)
Lunch: PB&J on lite wheat (300c), 2 mini Snickers (100c), 2 cookies (140c)
Snack: McIntosh apple (60c)
Snack: Stony yogurt (170c)
Dinner: 1 egg & 3 egg whites (100c), 5 bacon strips (450c), 3 pieces of toast (270c)

Here I Go Again

So after I hit the scale a few days ago, I went into panic mode. I have grown a bit since I got home. Not in a good way though. I have collected nearly 15 pounds since returning. Nothing looks right on me.....cause it is too tight. I can not believe myself. So I have decided to get my life back in some kind of order.

Got to get my
1) Sleep schedule together
2) Eating habits in check
3) My exercise routine in order

I am calling this plan "Operation 30". This refers to the amount of weight I need to shed by the end of February. Sounds very crazy but it really is not. I just have to apply myself in a really serious way. If you have not already noticed, I have chosen the most perfect time to start the shedding process. All of the comfort food and candy laden holidays like Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, and Valentine's Day all show up during my battle. Must not given in to temptation. Fight! Fight! Fight!
